Are you a late night snacker?

I came across this great article on sparkpeople.com and wanted to share it with you.  It describes different ways you can deal with late night snacking if that is a trouble area for you. They also suggest eating 3-5 times daily 🙂  If you read the article you’ll notice they suggest drinking a low cal drink such as diet pop in the evening…I DO NOT recommend diet pop!  Stick with water or sparking water if you like the carbonation.  Have a great afternoon 🙂
