Fitness Challenge Test
Here are the Fitness Challenge Test results. If you would like to take the test, do the following exercises for 45sec each followed by a 20sec rest. Send me your scores to be posted on the Grapevine or keep them to yourself but be sure to re-test every 2 weeks so you can keep track of your progress.
Fitness Challenge:
Complete as many of the following exercises as you can in 45sec followed by a 20sec rest. (in the original email I wanted you to go through the circuit 2x BUT you will only do it 1x) Record the number of reps you completed after every 45sec set. Make sure you warm up before you take on the challenge. Good Luck! Watch the videos below to see an example of the exercises.
1. Push-ups
– make sure your chest touches the ground every time and make sure you have a perfectly straight body line (your rear end should not be up in the air and your hips should not touch the ground before your chest)
2. Pop Squats – if you have a hard time jumping up, no problem, do the squat without the jump.

3. Crunches
– your arms should be straight up in the air reaching toward the ceiling and you head and shoulder blades need to be off the ground for every crunch)
4. Mountain Climbers – Each foot counts for 1 rep

5. Jump Lunge – if you can’t jump, just do an alternating lunge without the jump
